This particular Site one location seems be a bit larger and have more selection than the others in the immediate area. For example in other areas of Charlotte, if you want hardscape, you have to go to indian trail, and if you want landscape supplies such as seed, erosion matting, you have to go to matthews location. My point is I'd rather shop a location that has everything in one location such as Mooresville than drive around to multiple locations. However I've yet to go into any of the area site one locations and come across someone that doesn't want to help or is unfriendly. Part of the issue with a lot of the smaller landscape joints in the area is they have people that are interfacing with customers that have probably worked there for 25 years, are burnt out and don't want to be there. On the other hand, everytime I deal with site one at any location the staff is organized, professional, and friendly.
