Wonderful store! We have bought all of our furniture from this store and will continue to do so as the quality for the price is un-matched. The delivery (dream) team was also great to work with! Todd and Dominic were at my home on time, delivered the mattress, and took my old mattress and bed frame in the matter of 10 minutes! And they were nice! Great customer service

Upon arrival at the store we were greeted promptly by Andrew and made to feel welcomed. He asked us about what our need was and budget. We did not feel forced nor did we feel like he was trying to steer us toward one of the more expensive mattresses. He was kind, professional and polite. We were not ready to make a decision that night and he was fine with us waiting and respected us needing to think about the purchase prior to just a hasty decision. He text us the information on everything we were interested in. Due to unforeseen illness we were not able to get back to him quickly. It was probably 2 weeks later when I called him. He remembered us and was just as polite and professional as the night we were in the store. I was able to purchase quickly and efficiently over the phone. All questions were answered. He made sure I received the receipt prior to me hanging up and he made sure that we went through the receipt together to make sure prices were correct and everything was listed. Today our mattress was delivered as promised. The men delivering were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. We were very impressed. What is outstanding is I had told Andrew about my husband’s hospitalization and my father passing away while placing the order. He seemed genuinely concerned. Today when the delivery men arrived they surprised us with gifts. This really made us feel like we were more than just a sale and valued as customers. We have not yet slept on our new mattress, but I can tell you we are very pleased with our purchase and delivery experience.
