Update (19JAN21)... I received my order. It took a little longer than I expected. But it finally made it. The bracelets are beautiful and my daughters love them. I would love to order more from this company. The length of time it took to receive them and not knowing where or when I will receive my order is what is/will keep me from ordering from this company again. .................................................................... BOY DO I WISH I READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED MY DAUGHTERS CHRISTMAS BRACELETS So, I only put a star on here to write a review. Below is the email I sent...no response...ughhh, I hope this isn't a scam. Hello, I received an email regarding the tracking number, I already had. Thank you. However, this is frustrating. I ordered on 25NOV2020. It was received by the carrier on 3DEC2020. No updates on USPS receiving the shipment. It is now 19DEC2020. I understand that this is a very busy time and with COVID-19...to expect delays. It has been almost a month now. I would at least like a reply that is not auto generated. Something promising. I just feel like I have been scammed

This company deserves ZERO stars!! Complete scam! I ordered a bracelet for my daughter weeks ago for her birthday. She was so excited to receive the bracelet only for it to never arrive! The tracking number is fake and will show that it’s “in transit” for weeks, and you will never receive your parcel. The local post office will not be able to track it because it’s a phony tracking number. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! You’ve been warned! I will post on every website until this fake company gets shut down!

SCAM!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. ZERO stars! I wish my husband did some research before placing an order. COMPLETE SCAM!! He ordered me a birthday bracelet on November 15th. It is now January 12th and still not package, no update since December 19th and he still gets the same email from the company.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a bracelet Match 31st. Still haven’t received it. Says “dispatched from sorting center” with Chinese written under it. So I’m assuming the jewelry comes from China but website says it ships from North Carolina. Been saying this since April 4th & no change. They don’t answer the customer service number and emailing is pointless. Just says give it a couple more days. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!

I wouldn't give this company any stars it's a phony. I ordered back on June 26, 2020 and here it is today October 9, 4 months later and I still don't have my merchandise. No one ever answers the phone and if you try and contact them on-line the CSR gives you a can answer. I was given a phony tracking number for the United States Post Office that didn't exist. You must contact the BBB in North Carolina and the FTC these people will be stopped.
