Paul & his staff are absolutely superb in their ability to help customers enjoy their music as well as possible. Their knowledge, skill & experience is fantastic. I've made use of their services for many years, both for buying & selling audio equipment & it's been a complete pleasure dealing with them on every single occasion. Paul and his team work tirelessly .. you’re always made welcome regardless of how much you spend with them ... their passion for Music and Hi Fi is what is most apparent .. I’m privileged to know that they are my local dealer .. that said I would encourage anyone, whether local or further afield to visit their fabulous showroom .. they have such a diverse product range, properly designated listening spaces and nice coffee too ! My latest purchase from Moorgate of turntable and streamer are quite simply some of the best bits of Kit I’ve ever owned .. Great place and resource for Hifi and Records, nothing is too much trouble and generally have stock of most things. If not they'll get them in a few days. Offer good trade in as well and can get stuff repaired. Proper shop with genuine people that care about their customers and why they get lots of repeat business. They are knowledgeable spend time with you and won't sell you something you don't need. Remarkable in this day and age
I have been a customer of Paul at Moorgate Acoustics for many years. Sometimes I email or phone but have often driven up from NW London to Sheffield to visit and make a purchase. I have always found Paul and his staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and have never been pressured to make a purchase. I consider Paul to be a friend. As an aside he takes some pretty mean photos on his travels.
I've been dealing with Moorgate Acoustics for more than 9 years. The team are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They give the best advise and have helped me buy and upgrade many items all for decent prices. We drive from Suffolk to the shop to browse the Hi-Fi and the record store Wax, my teenage daughter in particular making good use of the stock! Can't wait for the next visit, thank you Paul and the team!!
