Owner has been completely dishonest with me regarding my hot tub. When he came to my home he told me he would do the required repairs and might even have an interested buyer. He stated he would not want or require any extra pay if buyer came through him. Once he got my tub in his shop, he proceeded to tell me he had a buyer and that he wanted to split MY profits 60/40. He got extremely angry with me when I said that wouldn’t work for me and I was trying to sell on my own. He refused to start up my tub before I took it out of shop. He overcharged on the bill. Had to go to BBB to report him. Whole story is on their website. Got tub home and found out he did not disclose everything to me regarding what he did to tub. I had missing parts and he had removed a number of stickers from tub.

2 months to get a pool. Once we got the pool they did not have our heater, ladder, and pump. They also charged an extra 500 for pump installation. I can not recommend water visions to a single decent human being.
The previous owners of our (new to us) home bought a spa from here, and just after taking over ownership in June, the tub started throwing errors. Calling them up, they said it was still under warranty and would be able to come out (to Regina) and look at it. That part of the customer service was good, though he didn't solve the issue, just cleared the error which came back. Then we got a bill in the mail...wasn't it under warranty? When calling back, the guy on the phone said the warranty doesn't transfer to new owners. So why were we told it was under warranty? They knew we inherited the tub and were new to the care of them. This man then only thought he put us on hold to grab the guy who came out and did the service, at which point we heard him say, "These F****in' people think we do everything for free!" This form of customer service is most likely why they are getting some very low and negative reviews. I will NOT be going back to them for any product or services. Good customer service is at the heart of any great company. I work in a customer service business. I am sorely disappointed.
I just stopped in for Chlorine and a filter. They seemed to be well stocked. Lots of tubs for sale and lots of parts and extras. Prices were high. Service was great - I was coming in from out of town and called ahead. The owner stayed open for me. I'd recommend it for all your hot tub needs.

Great store. Definitely well stocked. The people are very friendly and knowledgeable.
