Jim and his crew conduct business as it should be conducted. They are honest, fair and competent. Over the last few years I bought a tractor, implements, new ATV, chainsaw, Kombi and attachments, and numerous smaller items. I also sold an ATV through them via consignment. After buying the tractor (used) a noticed a problem with it that I overlooked while testing it. I called Moose Lake Implement and Jim (Owner) took care of it without question. I have also had them complete service and\\or repair work on two ATVs, multiple mowers, an outboard motor, and my saw. The prices on purchases and offers on trade-ins were always fair. Service and repair charges were always reasonable. More importantly, the work was completed correctly every time and the costs came out at or below estimate. Minor issues with purchases (due to manufacturer, not Moose Lake) were taken care of promptly. Although we now live outside of the immediate area and there are dealers closer by, I will continue to use Moose Lake Implement for any major outdoor power purchases.
