I called this place because I’m moving to Moosup and needed storage ASAP. I saw their reviews on their website so I was excited because it seemed this was the best and most affordable place. I called and a woman answered. She just answered “Hello” and she sounded mad, so I thought I dialed the wrong number. I asked her if it was the storage place and she said yes, so I was trying my best to explain my stressful situation and when I asked if they had the 10x20 unit, she cut me off and said “Nope we have none available” and she hung up on me!!! I cannot believe the unprofessionalism and rudeness. I DO NOT recommend this place at all!!
