I have great experience with Asian Vivekanand the multi specialty hospital with good nature staff and very supportive in this hospital also connection with all health policies or raksha TPA also and the staff always do their best of patient at their help . My experience was worst. My father was admitted for gallbladder removal because of stone issue in gallbladder . Dr Edward Rogers had operated on my father. Usually gallbladder removal procedure takes 1 to 1.5 hours. But in my father case he took 5 hr for 1st operation. And later they said some vain has treated wrongly and he will treat it again through open surgery and assured us he is aware of body behavior so he can perform better surgery. 2nd surgery took 6 hours and that was open surgery. After wasting 7 days they said there is bile leakage. Doctor said he can not handle this case, you should go delhi/NCR. And not even refered to any doctor or hospital. Now they reacted like they are not responsible for anything. It patients own responsibility go anywhere wherever you want but he had not given any reference. At the end we decided to took my father in GANGA RAM delhi hospital. GALLBLADDER removal procedure is around max 40 k. But I was spend 12L because of this irresponsible behavior. And 1.5 month and 3 open surgery. I will not suggest Asian vivekand to anyone in future. They are here only for making money and if you are covered with any health policy then you are a HEN WITH GOLDEN EGG for them and still they will play with the life of patient. Worst hospital and worst doctor as per my personal experience.
