I was visiting Moradabad and had to get my wife's ultrasound done there. We didn't have to wait much and the report was provided instantly. The radiologist was very focused on his job and didn't care to greet the patient or ask how the patient was doing. The report states, " the activity was shown to the patient" which is a contradictory statement because the radiologist didn't even speak to the patient while performing the task. I was amazed to see that the staff didn't ask for our identity proofs until I asked. I asked the staff guy myself to get that (pregnancy ultrasound) form sign and submit our identity proofs. Well, the report was okay and I'm satisfied with this facility. It only needs to work on ethics and patient compliance.
