Dr. Charu(Assistant Doctor) was rude and unprofessional. We both had quarrel. She only wanted to say her words and not ready to listen others. Unprofessional- because she was sharing some other patients file details.

Rude and unprofessional staff. Go their with a full stack of cash. Cesarean baby is 100% guaranteed, just make up your mind for this. Room cleaning staff is helpful. The lady who manages pantry is very polite and the only person in hospital who you can relate to as your grand mother. I know it is not something to expect from a hospital staff but there is no harm in appreciating someone who is really good at something. Dr. Charu is an ethical surgeon. My overall rating is 2. I wanted to give just 1 star, since the baby was delivered safely, I have given 1 extra star.
