Will not recommend to anyone, purchased car (Honda city) UP22AR5463 on 4th of Nov and experience is very bad after the payment, paperwork is not smooth. Staff is not helpful and even not accountable for their work. you have to chase them 9-10 times in the months for small-small things. I got the registration number after 3 months in Jan last but they told me to arrange in few days earlier. I called several times in between and they always made false promises.(for the registration i went RTO three times just because of them due to their miscommunication even i called their manager but nothing got changed and why should i go to the RTO ?) Paid for RSA already, they asked me to show the proof because they denied for the payment is not done.(shown docket for the same and got the RSA in FEB last) Today is 24th of FEB and still i am chasing them for the RC, they never communicate properly and let's see how long does it take ? Now i will chase them on other channels too might it help.
