Complaint against the OPD Department and Admin Department. I came to Moradabad from Laksar. I got an appointment with Dr. Razi. On 24th April, I waited for 5 hours in the queue to see the doctor. He asked me to go for some tests which I did. On 25th April, I wanted to get the reports analyzed by the doctor. I came and waited for more than 1 hour for my turn however the person managing the doctor's queue was rude and incompetent. He was allowing other members to get into doctor's room in between the normal consultation queue for report analysis. When I asked, he replied that I need to wait as per the normal queue for the patient consultation. Where in the earth, it happens like this? I have seen people on 24th April and 25th April going to doctor's chamber to get the reports analyzed without getting an appointment number. Also, I have observed that the guy managing the prescription was arranging them in wrong order. The guy was not at all sincere in managing the queue and found watching movie instead of managing queue and facilitate patients. So, I completely wasted Rs. 700 for consultation (which is not complete, no medicines prescribed, no treatment initiated) & Rs. 1500 for tests. Also, wasted 2 days of my time. If you guys ever open your complains register, I logged in a complaint. Your hospital seems to be like another money making machine in the market. Pity such hospitals are ISO certified.

I have to say that Sri Sai hospital is business institute only to make money . they don't have qualified doctors plus they will not tell you what's the problem with the patient. Because of this, I lost my father. they will misguide you. so if you love your family don't go to sai hospital. they will ask you so many medicines to buy from there pharmacy, practically patient don't need those medicine and they will keep in there store again. I used to pay 7000 to 10,000 rupees medicine per day.

A well-maintained hospital with specialized doctors. Management is good. Hundreds of people visit everyday yet it does not seem very overcrowded except some days. Hygiene is kept as well. Nurses and other staff seem qualified and are ready to help. Special mention of Dr. Mohd Razi, a top notch endocrinologist with highly effective treatment and benign nature. My ailing father's health, under his treatment, has improved remarkably. Expenses: Moderate, as compared with other private hospitals in this area. Service at the hospital: Fair Facilities: Good

Get your dearone admitted in this hospital and see for yourself how the doctors here prescribe expensive medicines whether your patient actually need them or not, they will get all the possible tests done especially dengue, typhoid, urine culture etc. Like Vivekanand and Cosmos hospitals they'll welcome you to loot your hard earned money. Doctors here prescribes medicines that you can get in the hoslital premises only.

A multi speciality hospital in Moradabad. It is located at Delhi Road. Also, Moradabad Railway station is in close vicinity. This hospital is equipped with latest machines and updated information about various treatments. In addition, staff is very active and ready to attend patients. There is cleanliness everywhere. However, it is expensive. It is difficult for a common man to get good treatment here owing to high cost.

Horrendous hospital - just a loot which is a common sight. I have lost my uncle to Covid but this hospital is nothing but a bunch of thieves. Dr Shashwat Mishra you are a moron and I hope it comes back to you in some shape and form in this life.
