Literally overnight! Yes overnight they stopped garnishment from my check that was delivered to my employer yesterday. For confidentiality purposes I won't reveal my identity. However, Danielle McBride was extremely helpful. Bankruptcy can be an overwhelming process but she answered all of my questions and was able to finalize my case in a short amount of time. In comparison to other attorney's she wasn't rude, she wasn't short with me and most of all she treated me like a human-being. I went through a rough patch in my life and she made me feel like there was a way out of it. After filing I am in a much better position than I was in before. The only thing that I have to do is continue rebuilding my credit. We had a conversation about assets and liabilities that changed my perception toward finance.
