We worked with Joe recently to setup a family Trust. We had some unique aspects due to the international nature of our set-up. Joe was very helpful and thorough in explaining all intricacies and aspects of law, in a manner that a person without training in law could easily understand and decide about the best options available to meet the goals of the Trust that we were looking to set-up. In addition, due to the COVID-19 issue, we did this partly with virtual meetings and partly with F2F meetings (with appropriate distancing measures).
