This is my local Post Office branch, hence I use its services quite often. I have never had any issues, neither bad customer service from the staff. I fully appreciate their hard work and would continue using their services.

Strongly disagree with other reviews. The two ladies working the post office counters are absolute heroes. They are fast, professional, friendly and work relentlessly. The T4 christmas rush has been crazy, I've visited 4 times in the last week, always with a big queues, but they just get on with it and the queue moves surprisingly quickly. Great work guys, really appreciate the hard work! Merry Christmas!
Known them for years; they are really nice and I have never had any problems with either the shop or the post office.
Tried to post a mobile phone today and was refused as it 'wasn't allowed'. On the royal mail website it clearly states that phones are allowed as long as the battery is inside them and not separate. Staff need better training on rules.
Visited last month 5 October. Old Lady with glasses on counter convince me to buy sign in delivery envelope which is i didn't ask for it. And put me in fear that i will lost my documents. After purchasing within 30 seconds i changed my mind to send my documents as i wanted. So she refused to refund for this. As i was still there, nothing put a dot on envelope. Now exact a month, where are the....... . Don't go to this post office. #overcharge #theftcustomerservice #rudedealing
