No issues with the branch or staff. My issue is that I call my Morden branch number and get sent to an automated voice who cannot help me, or answer my questions. I’ve tried 4 different days and times. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. Please make an option to talk to someone at the branch itself. Please!

Came at lunch hour and they had one teller with a lineup behind her. Waited and waited until I had to get back to work. Never got anything accomplished. Absolutely ridiculous!! Another case of money saving and machines replacing humans.
Very helpful in setting up an appointment and helping create the account I needed. They did a great job of making everyone comfortable that was there while I looked around.
lady at reception was really friendly. staff answered all my inquiries pretty well
