We walked in looking for a dining room set ...Shauna approached us , and explained some choices to us , then happily left us to look around and decide . She knows her stuff , and no pressure .. we are over two hours away , and she arranged for us to pick up from store after hours , as we had to return for another appointment .we were so happy not to have to make two trips .. we got set home safe and sound and we love it !! We are thrilled with the purchase of a new bed, dresser and nightstand. There was a wide selection and the delivery staff were very helpful and professional.

The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the system that they have for delivery is odd. They charge 40 per delivery, even if it is literally to the building next door to their store! The explanation for this is that ALL items from Altona and Morden first get delivered to the Winkler site before they get delivered back to Altona or Morden. The item was delivered well, but it took almost a week to get it.

Decent selection for mid to high prices. They didn't have exactly what we wanted but staff was friendly and helpful.

Absolutely terrible service! Do not buy anything here. Warranty is a joke they dont do anything about it and try everything to get around it. Dont waste your time here.
