More people need to share their experiences so this doesn't happen to them. Unfortunately this is an untrustworthy unprofessional company. Having sold me an expensive washer dryer, they then failed to deliver the item on several occasions over a 3 week period, each time trying to 'up sell' me a more expensive machine which they wanted to push in stock. The customer service was extremely rude on the phone each time. I like to support local businesses but in hindsight I should have gone to a reputable large company such as AO.com in the first place. Trust me AVOID.

Purchased a product advertised on their website, I was called to and advised my order had been \voided\ as the price was incorrect on the website (to the tune of 1500). Very weak apology and rude staff, the phone call was such that I put the phone down feeling like I was the one who had made a mistake, not them. Flash forward 5 days and they are still holding money in my account suggesting that a efund\ will take 3-5 working days, which was not at all mentioned during the phone call or follow up email. Turns out the order wasn't voided at all, I was charged and still don't have my money back. Pretty rubbish service and I certainly won't be giving them any money in the future.

Brilliant service from these guys. Ordered my tumble dryer on Black Friday, was delivered first thing Monday. After ordering on Friday I had a phone call from a lovely lady from delivery department just asking questions to make the delivery as best for myself and safe with covid. Delivery driver great, rang me 30 mins before and also had a text Sunday evening letting me know time scale of the delivery. Thank you so much for a great service ️

This company has some of the best service I have EVER received from ANY company. Fast, polite, efficient and excellent products at great prices. Their employee who resolved a minor scratch issue on my Bosch microwave deserves particular praise for very professional service! Resolved the issue within minutes! I would highly recommend and will be using this company for any purchases in the future. Thank you!
