We love just how much effort they put into making your visit the very best it can be. This was our second visit here and it was just as good as the first. The staff go that extra mile to make your experience memorable and special. The shop has some lovely themed items too. You can leave and return a little while later. We had a picnic out near the car and then went back in for the next display.

this will be our second visit but first in the pandemic! They had really efficient precautions in place. I love this place as you can tell that the staff love the birds and genuinely care about their wellbeing above and beyond the tourist attraction. We managed to catch a display and the staff were knowledgeable and funny. Lovely few hours with some beautiful birds

We visited the arboretum which was pleasant enough but dormant for the winter. However you can see the potential once the spring starts and the weather improves. We will definitely return later on when the weather improves, particularly in the spring when it will be impressive

A fab time with the family this half term. Astonishing being up close to the eagles, and we are still talking about all the different kinds of birds of prey. The staff are so knowledgeable too. Great value.

Wonderful experience in handling such stunning birds. They were very relaxed and clearly familiar with their terrain. Instructor was very friendly and informative making the experience very enjoyable. The centre also donates to charities striving to conserve endangered species of birds of prey.
