Received a birthday gift voucher for a charter with Moreton Island Fishing Charters. Gathered up a group of friends and had a superb day out on the water. Very fast and comfortable boat, also set up really well for group fishing with everything at hand and plenty of room for everyone. Skipper and deckie put us on the fish all day and were super helpful the whole trip. Highly recommended for experienced fishermen and newcomers alike. Bagged a heap of fish with plenty of variety amongst the catch. Thanks MIFC for a great day out.

Can not recommend these guys highly enough. We had some dramas with bad weather in the past and Matt made it a breeze to rebook. Even when we finally got a day in where the weather wasn’t Perfect we still delivered some nice fish! The help and local knowledge from the crew onboard can not be compared to any other charter. Myself and the other 8 blokes left the boat grinning from ear to ear. Thanks for a good time!
What a great day out on the water. Mat agreed to pick us up from the beach on Moreton other side of the South Passage. We caught fish all day. Skipper Dave was very patient with a few of the non-fishermen and spent time getting everyone sorted. We had 10 people on board and he managed to keep tangles to a minimum and put everyone on fish. Will be back for sure.
Went out with my Dad last week. Was a great day, experienced and friendly crew who went out of the way to get us on the fish. Would highly recommend.
Went with MIFC on their first ever ladies day out. What an absolute pearler of a day! Skipper Dave and Deckie Jerry are extremely knowledgable and always aim to get you into the best spots for reeling in beauties! Would 10/10 recommend to anyone, no matter what your skill level, you're definitely in for a great time.
The charter was great. Our work team really enjoyed the day and there was no shortage of fish caught including 5 of us hooking up onto a whale that swam under the boat. Many thanks to Dave Palermo and Jeremy for working hard to put us onto fish, assist with the tangled lines and pass on their knowledge and tips to ensure we maximized our catch. The last 3 years this has been a great annual team building exercise. In 2020, I am sure we will return, and do it again. Thanks Matt
