Have been a customer of Morffew for many years and always extremely happy with the service and end result. We had our eldest photographed at 6 weeks by one of the girls and have had each of our kids done at the same age (we’re up to #4 now!). The last two times we were lucky enough to have Mark take the photos and they’re just stunning. We have a whole wall in our living room full of photos of our kids & family photos and it is just my favourite thing in our whole home. Thank you Mark & team for your efforts as always. Have just collected our latest frames and can’t wait to add them to the wall. See you again when the kids have grown up a bit! (No more baby shoots haha. 4 is enough!) xx

Even the 1 star rating I've had to give is far too generous based on my experience. This company, and more particularly the owner I found to be unprofessional to deal with - particularly when having to recognise errors in their product which then escalated to rudeness demonstrated by tone of voice and general lack of customer care. For anyone looking to use this company I encourage you to consider all of your options. N.B I had to edit this review based on threats of legal action from the owner.

Really pleased with my photos I collected yesterday. The acrylic blocks are stunning on my dresser and the frames print looks great. I can’t wait to hang it on the wall!! Thank you guys!!

Picked up my framed photos this morning - LOVE! could not be happier with the final product. Took a little longer than I expected but worth the wait when I saw them today.

Same feedback as many others - these guys do not deliver what is advertised. Purchased a package which was supposed to include "web resolution digital files of ordered images" but what I received was access to a hosted gallery of those images, which does not allow download of files. When I queried this, I was told that unless I had paid extra for Morffew to frame the finished prints, I would actually not be sent the digital files of ordered images... Management seemed very well rehearsed in dealing with my subsequent complaint, basically telling me that I had got some nice photos, so what was I complaining about. Would not recommend or use Morffew again.

The worst. I took two days after my last interaction with them to cool down so that I can write a balanced review. Here is: Very expensive (about 1700 for 18 digital photos) - which would not be a problem if not for the following: 1. Not delivered when promised (photos taken Nov. 17 and promised by December 10). 2. Not delivered on the second date promised (December 15). 3. Poor attention to detail and minimal editing/touching-up of photos, contrary to what was promised. 4. Out of 18 photos I requested a specific touch-up on 1 photo (to get a weird reflection out of baby's eye). They said they would speak with the retouchers and call me back, that was Saturday. Never returned the call. I followed up on Tuesday, they said the retouchers did not think it would look good. I requested that they do it, and let me decide if it looks good. Flat-out refused to perform the touch up. I persisted with the request. They told me they have a lot of other clients, and they cannot get to my request for several weeks, so they will do it when they do it. I explained that this was not an acceptable timeline for me, as I wanted to give the printed photo in a frame to the baby's grandmother for Christmas. Several phone calls and circular discussions later, they did the touch-up. It took them less than 20 minutes. (and yes, it did look better). If you want to pay someone to waste your time and treat you with a rude and dismissive manner, this is the place. (They are quite pleasant when taking money, just not very pleasant when delivering a shabby product behind schedule.) Customer service training is highly recommended.
