One star because most of our channels are gone and my favorite 40 is gone. This is a outrageous amount of money for theese channels that only half work. Fix ur company or im switching.

I have had Allens for many years. I have cable and Internet with them. I also have two digital boxes so I can get more channels than just regular cable. One of the digital boxes has DVR so I can record shows that I will miss while away from home. I have never had big problems with service. If something was wrong or acting up when you call they usually come within a few hours or the next day. they even have someone on call for after-hour problems. another good thing is you can now pay your bill online which helps out a lot for people that work past open hours.

Best home town customer service. They are always there when I need them. Also after being with three different providers they are the fastest internet hands down.

Very disappointed in the customer service. They do not live up to their appointment times. Ms. Georgia from the Morgan city office is extremely rude loud and dishonest.I have written numerous emails to this company about the extreme lack of customer service and honesty with no reply. They also tried to charge me over 1000 for equipment that I called and told them I did not need and they needed to come pick it up. They said they would come pick it up within the week no one ever showed or called as I was working out of state and was not able to bring the equipment. The only reason why this company gets one star is because there’s no option for zero stars

They have better cable service in rural Guatemala! Over priced, horrible reception, and not many channels! City government has signed an lease agreement with them that gives them a monopoly here in MC. It’s take it or leave it, I choose the later!
