The store policy is really poor and unhelpful. The customer service 611 work hard to help with solving problems. The use store management should try to be more helpful. Because service is most important the customers.

They never gave up. They had issues doing what they were asked and might need a tad more up to date training (not their fault) but they kept at it and never gave up!

I don't plan on ditching Boost Mobile but I'm never returning to the store again, and I don't recommend you do either. Two employees attempted to accuse me of trying to sell what they claimed was a lost/stolen/locked phone, and were very very very very very needlessly rude when I tried to explain that I was sure it wasn't, and they had made a mistake. I took the phone outside and I activated the phone for the buyer online in about 2 minutes. Do it yourself online instead. These guys obviously can't wait for you to leave and could care less about \customer service\.
