Dr. Burt has helped both my husband and I with our allergies and my husband's asthma. He is the only doctor I know who has personalized immunotherapy drops. He is a great doctor and is very personable!

The woman up front are very friendly and helpful. They care when you talk to them. But I would mention that on the phone a short but that's because they are busy but in person they're great. As for Dr.Burt he is a nice guy. He has a lot of experience and as long as you are thorough with what your problems he will be sure to address them all. Appointment times are a little slow sometimes but for a doctor that takes time out of his personal schedule to go to the pharmacy once a month to find the cheapest price for his parents. He's worth the wait
Dr Burt is always friendly, and efficient. He doesn’t over prescribe meds when there might be more natural and effective remedies. He’s a great resource of information as well as caring and thoughtful of patients time.
Called to make an apt .. scheduled ... got me in within 2 days asked what kind insurance .. they were not sure if he was in my net work asked them if I could give them info n they could check witch all my others drs do they do not do that I would have to do that ... very un professional canceled n will find a dr who cares about weather a patients insurance pays or n not leaving the financial burden on the patient
Receptionist service is one of the worst I ever had. First visit was ok, doctor ordered CT scans. I was waiting for a week for it, then decided to make a call to check - lady on a phone said THE person who create request to insurance company will be only next week and nobody can help me. So practically it is just 2 weeks waiting for somebody just to call insurance company. My next step was to go to Stanford and make CT scans there(luckily I had request from another doctor). Same day CT is done O call to Dr.Burt office, saying that results are ready and you just ned to request them from Stanford simply by calling them and sending fax. Ok. Again next week(4 business days after) calling to check whats going on in the morning. Some lady answer phone, saying nobody called them, but she will do it after her lunch. Weird, OK. Calling at 3:30PM - lady again saying she did not had a chance to call them, but will try now. Calling 45 mins after - after 3rd attempt automatic answer enabled and says office is now closed. It looks like they detect my phone number and no longer willing to answer. I strongly recommend anyone who value it's time TO STAY AWAY from this place. Maybe doctor is ok, but it does not worth it to go thru this.
Great Doctor !!! I had allergies my entire life. Dr. Burt put me on allergy drops and I am allergy free. So amazing !!!
Great friendly office people, if you want a doctor who listens and diagnose your ENT problems this is the place I'm very happy I made the right decision visiting his office .
