Brought in a large painting to have shipped to a client. Painting arrived damaged per the client. The broken piece was not in the box. So I assumed that the painting was broken when packaged at the FedEx Morgan Hill location. When trying to address this issue a manager contacted me promptly. Which was great. Until I was told that the employee says I brought the painting in damaged. I have photographic evidence to the contrary. The manager says the employee told her It was pointed out to me that the painting was damaged and I still wanted to ship it. That is completely untrue. It makes absolutely no sense that I would want to ship a damaged item to a client. The employee even asked for my business card because she liked the painting so much. So why would she want the business card of somebody shipping damaged items to people? I don't mind mistakes. Accidents happen. But I have a huge problem with being accused of being a terrible artist and business person. I don't appreciate being told I broke the item ahead of time and then being pointed in the direction of a 1-800 number to file a claim. I'm still on hold with said number. Suffice it to say, I'm not a happy customer nor will I ever use Fed ex services again.

I come in routinely to use the computer. Each time I encounter an issue, I get the impression that the last thing they want to do is to fix it. This is not exactly great customer service. And, quite frankly, considering the simple nature of the computer issues I've experienced, I question the overall intelligence of the staff (hint hint: you could easily just restart the computer to get around being locked out. Don't just tell someone there's nothing you can do about it).
