We worked with Phil Price Construction when we built a small secondary dwelling on our property for our disabled adult son. Phil, as well as his son Nick, are pleasant, personable and very approachable as well as clearly knowledgeable and hardworking professionals. They were invested in our project from beginning to end, making it as painless as possible. Phil was quickly responsive to any questions or concerns we had throughout the process of acquiring permits and inspections, managing all construction elements, as well as moving in to our beautiful new home. They had many resources and contacts for subcontractors that were both skilled and reliable. We always felt comfortable and safe with anyone they brought to our property. We would recommend Phil and Nick to anyone wanting to do a construction project, either large or small. They will give you the personal care that you want and the attention to detail that will ensure you love the completed project.

This is the best contractor I have ever worked with! I have had many experiences with contractors and remodels, and even have lived a horror story but Phil and Nick with Phillip Price Construction are the best contractors i have had the pleasure of working with. They remodeled our kitchen and moved a few walls to create a more open floor plan. We lived in the other part of the house during construction and was very impressed with everything they did. I can not tell you how many times I'd go to work in the morning and talk about how I much I LOVED our contractor! Phil and Nick know exactly what they are doing, they are organized, responsive and professional. Phil is a perfectionist (in a good way), and wouldn't dare leave anything that wasn't just right. The subcontractors were great, respectful, and timely. The whole experience was so incredibly painless. They kept us updated weekly on the progress and were always available to us fielding my endless calls and questions. The estimated costs were on target and the estimated time to finish was sooner than projected. Remodeling is emotionally challenging for any homeowner, and these guys made the process enjoyable and did it with class. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
Phil and his team did a wonderful remodel to the kitchen and master bath of my house. They removed a few walls, expanded the area into the garage and added a hall closet.They also redid the existing fireplace and added wood flooring to the family room and stairs. Phil and Nick took care of all my concerns and made it easy to see the status of the project and help facilitate the selection of finishes and products. Phillip Price Construction is definitely a top notch construction company. I would not hesitate to use them again.
