The staff and doctors are professional and courteous. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The doctor answered my questions knowledgeably and courteously. The staff and doctors found my health issue and are treating it appropriately.

I went in to see Dr. Walker on December 28 for what I suspected what a stress fracture. He was very kind and helpful. X-rays were taken but he recommended that I also get an MRI. He told me the financial counselors would be in touch with me to set it up. They called the following week and left me a voicemail. I called them back that same day and got their voicemail. I have left multiple messages over the last few weeks and no one has called me back. I even called the front desk for assistance but she politely told me she couldn’t help me and transferred me to the same number that I’ve been calling. It looks like the reviews on here get responses so I might have better luck this way.

Dr. Daley did an AMAZING job on my left knee replacement surgery in late 2020. My insurance co-pay is due again in April so they worked me in before then to get my right knee replaced. Kyle was polite and helpful on my follow up visit and got the ball rolling for my other surgery. Donna, who schedules surgery is very nice and informative every time I talk to her. I have read many reviews about long wait times in the lobby but I have not experienced any of that, nor have I experienced the office staff being rude to anyone while I’ve been there. I’ve been to other Ortho places and NONE come close to being as professional and as good as this one with me!

I always feel like my doctor and his staff do a great job of helping me more than enough and bc of Dr.Walker and his staff I am able to walk today.
