When my husband and I set out to find a realtor in Georgia we were looking for someone that was not just local but also knowledgeable and educated about the area and all it had to offer us as a family. You can't find a family more knowledgeable about realty in this are than the Foster family! It is family run and family founded on only what you can call a true legacy of love for this area and helping people find exactly what they are looking for. We were very happy to find someone that not only took their time with us but listened to what we were looking for without being pushy or just trying to "sell us". After viewing at least a dozen homes we narrowed our choice down to two. We made a decision to put an offer in but the next day didn't feel right about our decision and quickly realized which home we truly wanted. With the market moving very fast here Preston and his team were able to quickly move the pieces to secure our choice and seal the deal on our dream home! He was also able to provide us with an extremely thorough home inspector and attorney. It really made our move smooth and enjoyable. We would gladly do business again and reccomend anyone to John E. I would like to thank John Foster's Realty Team for handling the sale of my home in such an easy and professional way. Not only did they listen to my desires and needs but were very responsive in dealing with the buyers and other realtors. It was not your normal property and did required "thinking outside the box" to find just the right buyers. In the end the perfect couple ended up buying it and will cherish the land as much as I did for 20 years and I draw great comfort in knowing it will continue to be loved and protected. I could not recommend anyone higher! Even though they are not the largest or fanciest brokers in town...they treat you like family and are 2nd generation seasoned real estate pros with a keen knowledge and love for these mountains.
