The visit was very professionally conducted. The initial contact was expedient and the explanation to the upcoming events was adequately explain. The young lady that took my vitals was very kind, professional and knowledgeable of her profession. Dr. Livingston, was very therl in his portion of the CDL procedure. The reason things were the way they are was adequately explained.

I would like to start off by saying that it is a good place to go to. Though it's not my full-time place for medical needs. But I do appreciate all the help that they do their. From doctors to staff.. I would recommend.
Great care by NP Doug. He really takes time with you and explains things, discusses concerns and is overall a wonderful practitioner. Got my labs drawn by Ruth, who was equally caring and took her time. I never felt rushed or like a number with either of these people, as i have experienced so much in the past. I have had so much bad healthcare i could fill a pool, but at this small town Duke City branch, i was truly impressed. Thanks for making my day by giving outstanding care, Doug and Ruth especially.
I love Duke City in Los Lunas! The only problem that I have had, is the phone system...i, personally don't like the call center system. Takes too long. Los Lunas office is GREAT with the front receptionist, sorry, forgot her name. She is a doll Edna there is the GREATEST! She never fails to help us promptly. Our Mama is going thru breast cancer and she is so very helpful in anything that we need
I had a very good experience. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. My problem was attended to promptly and with professionalism. I would definitely recommend this clinic to both my family and friends. Thank you for being so caring.
