Terrible service! Waited ten minutes just to order. Took about twenty minutes. Took thirty minutes for the customer before me. Trash all over the kitchen, and loud rap music with cuss words that I would not want to explain to my children. This place has gotten terrible!! What happened?! This whole crew needs to be fired!! Dead serious! Someone from corporate needs to sneak in under cover one night and see this garbage! I'm never gonna eat here again! Edit - apparently they don't wipe the counters, either, because there's a mess all over the outside of the wrappers and the tortillas. And, how do you mess up powdered gravy?? Pictures attached! If I get sick, I'm gonna sue! This is ridiculous!
Check your bag, then looked inside the wrappers cause 9 times out a 10 it's gonna be wrong. We ordered a 12 pack of supreme tacos, and 3 items from the value menu. They have us pull forward and wait because the lobby is closed. When they bring our food out we're missing two items. Banged on the front door since it's locked, called and no answer. Waited till they came out to bring someone else's food to tell them. Few minutes later we get the 2 missing items. We leave, get half way home, I pull out a taco supreme that's missing the supreme?!?! Nothing but regular tacos. We turn around, go back and wait in the drive thru. Our trip to get some fast food took about an hour in total.
It's ok... the quality is so-so and they get your order right about half the time. Seem to always be out of extra crispy chicken. Fries are cold and stale as well.
This is the last taco I bought from taco bell in tucumcari. 2 out of 3 tacos ordered were all broken up. The store opened up with mixed emotions. Not very good. Employees looked and acted like crack heads. The place cleaned up their act and food got much better. It's now the same as when they first opened. What a shame. This city was looking forward to having a taco bell.
