Their buffet is really great value for money! The only reason it’s a 4 star for me is because the drinks took a really long time to get to us. Not complaining, we had a rather large party that day so I understand.

Went for dinner on Saturday. It was a dreadful experience. They had catered to a private party. And we didn’t get looked after. The waiting staff went back and forth with the order for almost 20mins. Communication between three wait staff was poor. When starters did come 35 mins later it came in bits and no serving spoon for the chutneys were given we had to ask for it. The salad carrots were not peeled had the butter skin on. Mains came the naan was under done, raw and burnt and by that point we were just put off. Had a bit of it and decided to just get the food packed for home. My kids wanted to have the falooda with ice cream we decided to get that take away that came 40mins later and the pictures are attached. It was served exactly as you see in the cling film, disgusting and tasted horrible. No spoon nothing was given. We had to ask for it. I complained to the waitress regarding time and the fact that falooda doesn’t look this way. She has poor customer service and just said this is all we do. There was no ice cream. And it tasted and smelt off, I had to throw it in the bin. We spent about 130 it was a huge disappointment. Never going there again!! Waste of hard earned money! Don’t go there if they are catering to private parties as you don’t get the service you pay for. The high reviews are over rated.
The food is fantastic. The issue here is no respect for your time. The online ordering platform it asks you- the customer- to list a time you’d like to pick up your order, an odd feature and one that is made even worse by the lack of adherence to it. It really is on the website, however it took over 10 minutes to be informed my order was still on its way..... 15 minutes and counting.....
I had my son's wedding reception there. Staff were very good in accommodating decoration arrangements. The food and service were excellent. Will definitely be back for functions or casual dining.
Absolutely wonderful surprise when the good came out. This place is a ticket to flavour town.
Cosy place to have dinner and customer service was nice. Food was amazing with good portion. We enjoyed our dinner and will go next time too. I would recommend this place especially for big occasions like wedding parties, birthday dinners etc as they have good size of hall area for funtions
Beautiful place, great service and very good food. Highly recommend . We had our anniversary party there, and the staff were very kind, very helpful, organised and helped us make our experience memorable.All our guests enjoyed the food. The venue is very family friendly, and spacious. Will definitely be visiting in the future. Thank you Lal Qila team
Been there to attend a function. Food was good but poor service and also inside temperature was hot, seems ac isn't working. Even staff didn't bother about anything. I have asked for jug of water 10 times but the girl was avoiding. Do not suggest for function. They must need good front staff.
