I can't say enough about Morningside of Lexington, S.C. Senior Living. My Grandmother has another family within because of the spectacular management as well as the superb quality of CNA's and other staff members. If you can't personally rate this facility five stars then I'd say you're not doing your job as a family member. Communication is key and REAL HEROS work here!

In my experience with Morningside of Lexington, the management was sub par. At first, upon move it was a welcoming move in. Soon after, the manager seemed to change the rules he himself put in place, at any time, depending on his situation. It's been very frustrating to keep up the quality of care. Please know the nursing staff is caring and attentive, but the management and front desk staff leaves this facility lacking.

My Mom has been in this facility for over 2 years now. We have been most impressed with all the caring staff. They have been absolutely great during this pandemic.
