Had an alternator replaced. A load test was not run which would have detected the new alternator was faulty. Left the location. Got a short distance down the road and the battery ran down. Called them and the response I got was they could not help me. Had to be towed back to their location. They do not appear to be open to paying for the tow which I do not consider to be an ethical position. I have had good service in the past but will not return there.

Sam and Joe Masid made sure to attend to all my needs and concerns. They answered all my questions. They have a wonderful staff too, from their excellent onduty mechanic, to the lovely office gal that writes up their sales. The sweetest most honest guys, you will ever want to meet! They give their customers, good, oldfashioned, hometown service. I will be checking with them first, the next time I am looking for a nice, reliable used or new vehicle. They have a great inventory selection of both used and new cars and trucks. I give this dealership 5 BIG STARS!
