John Hanson the store manager should be recognized for going above and beyond with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! On 2/19/21, I visited the Morris AutoZone location, in need of a blown fuse in my car, and asked him for assistance. He not only guided me through the process, but also made sure I removed and replaced the fuse in the correct area. Dark, cold, and late, he had a great attitude, and great personality, and EXTREMELY HELPFUL. Let him be recognized, good employees are hard to find these days!

Younger kid didn't know anything about cars. Read a code and said it could be so many things. The paper he printed clearly told me what i needed to know but far as the kid he gave the most bogus excuse instead of saying im new and have no clue let me ask someone who does. Other employees are great.
