Food Critique

If you are a landlord, please do not use this agent because they do not have your best interests in mind. If you are a tenant, you should use them as you will pay cheap rent for an excellent property. Morris Dibben let my brand new apartment 3 years ago. The tenants were great but the rent was well below market rate. After the first year, Morris Dibben refused to raise the rent. In the second year, I demanded to raise rent by 3% as I saw Morris Dibben let another property in the same block at much lower floor for 20% higher rate. Again, they refused. I lost thousands of pounds in rental income each year! It is my property. How dare they refuse to raise rent on my behalf? After my first tenants moved in, I did not receive any copy of lease documents or full management contract by MD. I had no idea what Morris Dibben had signed on my behalf. Countrywide is the property manager which is another reason why I don’t recommend this agent. The property managers of countrywide have no idea where my property is. They did not pay annual property visit unless I asked them to. My other agents pay quarterly visits.

From viewing until exchange, Morris Dibben staff have been helpful, professional and very responsive. When a property we hoped to view sold too quickly for us to view, Morris Dibben called as soon as a similar property was available. We viewed the property with Rod who not only showed us the house but explained the history, told us about the architect and described the surrounding area and facilities. Once the offer was accepted, Narinder took over and chased up to achieve exchange. She has been very helpful, courteous and always replies to queries very quickly. I wholeheartedly recommend Morris Dibben.

Great service from the sales team at Morris Dibben. Particular stars were Narinder Rai and Andrew McDonald who managed to get things moving at the end of the transaction when nobody else could!! Very professional and helpful in every way. Always replied quickly and nothing was too much trouble.
