Wonderful service department
I had an outstanding experience with greenway dave chivers was extremely helpful I getting me approved over the phone and he stayed almost 2 hours later to wait for me to get off work so I could get the car I looked long and far for but the reason I will return to greenway is greg the sales manager he was very straight forward and helpful we settled on a very fair price for both sides. But what got me was 2 weeks later I had a small issue with the car that I didn't know at the time was so simple being from chic6i assumed that something was being hidden from me by the dealership but I found that wasn't the case at all greg was very supportive and extremely helpful he went above and beyond and made calls checked in with his service department when he didn't have to even offered to take the vehicle back in trade for another one off the lot but of course I didn't but I highly recommend greenway they impressed me and I'm not easily impressed at all
Don't use the service department. I went in for a recall awhile back. Gave the guy at the desk my name, my car type, and told him why I was there. He then proceeded to tell me they can't do the recall because they dont keep those parts in stock and should have stated that when I called to make the appointment. I then told him that was the reason I was bringing my car in and then told him my name again, figuring he was just looking at the wrong paperwork. He then told me that I was dropping off a car for someone else and gave me the name and car type which didn't match what I had told him when I came in. So I started my name and car once more and asked him to check his appointments for my name. Which he then rolled his eyes at me and looked and saw my name. He quickly apologized and said my car would be right out. The tech the day before said that it's a difficult recall and would take 3 hours to finish, but they had me out of there in less than 30 minutes. Makes me question if they even did it. Needless to say that'll be my last time going there.
