I don’t even know where to start. In 2018 they messed up my taxes and I got audited this year and now owe 1500 I had the tax guarantee and they won’t honor it. I was told the women who did my taxes is having a lot of people coming back due to problems with there taxes. I went in to the office to try and get help with the situation and was yelled at and given a run around and when I ask for supporting documents I was told I have no right to ask for them and to leave or she was going to call the police. This is the worst business I’ve ever dealt with. The level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is mind blowing due yourself a favor and stay away before you get audited.

Had to give one star to put review but honestly deserves a negative amount of stars. I will never use this place again. Tax person didn’t know what she was doing. When I told her I’d just go to my original tax place in streator said no I can do them. Gave her the benefit of the doubt and that was the biggest mistake I ever made. I will never return so many issues since I did my taxes with them. Gave misinformation and overcharged me. I’ve never paid almost 400 to get my taxes done. Yet at this one I had to. This is crazy I hope they hire better trained professionals because if not it will continue screwing over people.
