CAR: brought my car here recently to repair front end damage caused by a collision. The amount they initially quoted me was very close to the final invoice. The car needed front end cosmetics, a new radiator, and the HVAC system needed to be repaired and recharged. I have no complaints as of yet. They seem to have done a great job and the front end looks brand new. They do use pre-owned parts from LKQ but I could care less about that and sometimes it's necessary and saves money on repairs. I also noticed that they washed and cleaned the interior and exterior of my car so that's an added bonus. It almost seems like I was getting into a brand new car when I picked it up! TIME: I initially took my car to another body shop the day the crash happened but they were booked up for 2 weeks. I asked them for a referral and they sent me to this place. Good decision since they had no wait time and started ordering parts the day they towed my car to their shop. Altogether it was about 1 1/2 weeks from start to finish. I'd rather they take their time and do it right than skip corners. PEOPLE: The people at this business are extremely nice and talk to you in a pleasant manner, not overbearing at all. They do not try to push anything on you or upsell anything you do not need, Very knowledgeable and professional staff who you can tell have been in the business for a long time. TLDR: I have had my car back for a few days now and have absolutely no problems as of yet. They said if I do experience any problems with their work to come back and see them and they will make it right. I highly recommend this shop and wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back in the future.
