Boycott this company!!!! Sleazy business using criminal cold-calling!!!! Stay away!!!! Despite being on the national DO NOT CALL list for over a decade, like all of us, I get 5-10 scam-sales calls/day. These calls come from spoofed phone numbers so to get to the underlying businesses who really pay to keep you phone ringing with unwanted calls, you must answer a few questions and play along with the sales pitch. Today that led me to Midwest Health Benefits. I spoke with agent Ethan Russell, who tried to sell me health insurance. When I explained that the initial contact with me was illegal, and that his company was complicit in that crime, he denied that his company shares any culpability. I asked to speak with their compliance or legal departments about how they contacted me. If you work with illegal cold-call front companies, why waste money on legality or compliance so I was connected to supervisor James. James was unapologetic, he told me he wouldn't reveal the company he paid to call me. James was very comfortable in how he gets his leads. I don't blame the front companies who make the initial calls for the harassment we receive by phone. The true culprits are the sleazy companies who pay them to break the law to obtain illegal sales leads like Midwest Health Benefits. If you, like me, want to stop these illegal practices, REFUSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH MIDWEST HEALTH BENEFITS!!!! If your annoyed as I am, pick up the next call, follow the lead to the underlying company and write a review so we can all choose whether or not to do business with sleazy people who harass us.

Midwest Health Benefits has been a lifesaver when it comes to picking and choosing health care plans. Professional and outstanding staff, quality service. So thankful to have been connected with them over the last few years. Otherwise I would have been beyond lost in the healthcare system.
