Unfortunately I’m not surprised by the low rating this store has. I called ahead to drop off a chair to get shipped as a return item. I spoke with Dylan on the phone prior to arriving who said and confirmed the dimensions; would cost anywhere between 15 and 35. When I arrive I have assistant manager Michael telling me that it will cost me 160 and that they cannot even ship it and (would take one hour to package (isn’t that your job?).?The lack of communication, competency and Professionalism was Paramont during this experience. Please train your employee (s) to better communicate with customers so no one has to go through this.

I have had a great experience here all 3 times I have been to the store. I always get a big hello and welcome, and their staff has always been professional. Most recently, they laminated a poster board for me as a rush on a Friday and it looked incredible.

I feel taken advantage of. 150 to print and bind 7 sheets of paper 12x? I understand making a little money, but that seems ridiculous. Last time I'll use FedEx for anything.

A colleague and I were in NJ for a marketing event, but our materials never arrived in NC on time (before our flight). Our 2 day event started at 12pm Monday, and we showed up at 830am to find out if Fedex Office would be able to print over 1,000 items for us. With a 3 hour window of time, and other customers to tend to - Matt was able to turn around our needs within 2 hours! We were at the mercy of the store's ability to process & print our order, in which a normal turnaround would have been at least 4-6 hours. We owe a big thank you to Matt for being able to help us with a last minute/unforeseen issue. Thanks Matt!

The absolute worst customer service imaginable. The employees are nothing but rude and reluctant to do their job. I have been to many FedEx locations and they are all always fine, however this one is terrible!
