This review is based on a recent visit to return some items. The woman at the customer service department was extremely rude and made my experience unpleasant. I returned a couple shirts & had some extra kohls hangers in the bag from the other clothes that I ended up keeping. I figured I could just give the hangers back. So upon asking if she could take the 3 extra hangers, she nastily said while sighing, “normally we don’t take hangers back bc of covid but I’ll take them this time” and threw them onto the counter behind her. Speaking to me like I was a child. Now let’s think about that statement. There are customers touching the hangers daily IN the store & those can be given to a customer at the time of purchase ???? & then they can’t be accepted back BUT the clothes can be ???? It’s sad because I am all for being safe, but let’s not use a pandemic as an excuse when it’s convenient.

Kohl's has an Amazon return area, so that was convenient. Empty store late at night but I'm not surprised. Gives a nice and clean feel, the one time I visited the Kohl's at Jersey City was chaos during the holidays.
I had never gone into a kohl's, until I had to do an Amazon return there, and well they got me. I've even got a Kohls credit card now! Pretty cute items for the whole family at reasonable prices. The 4 stars is because the lines tend to be a bit longer than I'd like to wait.

most of the associates are not very helpful or nice. they don't really seem like they like their job. one Indian cashier was nice and seemed more willing to help than her manager.
Pricing is competitive if you use a Kohl's charge. Staffing very helpful. Cashiers extremely friendly
Poor customer service. Slow check out lines. The only reason I go is for some good sales. If not for that I would never go back.
Very clean and the staff is superb!!! Always enjoy shopping at Kohl's. I always leave saying, "Yay! Look how much I saved!"
