The women in the office are terribly rude. They were quite nasty to my elderly father even though the fault was on their end. I definitely would not bother to call them for assistance as they are quite possibly the most unhelpful folks around.

Can we get a way to pay our bill other than in person or over the phone during business hours only please? With my work schedule I have a very hard time paying it by the time they close. Also I'm only off on weekends!

Just had our service connected by them today. Nothing but a great experience. Friendly staff and great explanation of their rates and where the water originates from. If you don't pay your bill on time it's gonna get off. Pretty simple concept if you ask me?
