Service is pretty good! Except most service personnel try to push the latest so called greatest in I Phone’s, not everyone likes the iPhones as they can be a little harder to get used to when a person likes the easy to use android phones. & the new Pixel phone doesn’t come with instructions, a person has to go on line the try to figure out how to use it! Pass on that.

I had a pleasant trip to the store. I went in to bring my number are over from another carrier. My visit was about as smooth as I’ve ever had in a phone store. The staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Especially Mr. Willie. Before I got there I wasn’t sure if I would even commit to spending money but the service was so nice I never second guessed it.

I went online and scheduled an appointment. We were let in by a staff member that wore a mask and practiced social distancing. There were no more than 5-6 people inside as costumers being waited on or paying their bill at the machine. Customer service was great! As always it is a lengthy process dealing with a phone and service. Anyway, overall the process went well!
