Lataja, I think that’s her name, and Richard(Teddy) are the best!! So friendly and great with every client there. I have annoying veins that can be difficult and they both stuck me super quick and made sure I was doing good the whole time! Everyone there looks like they are having fun and really care for the donors. I enjoy going every week.

I was absolutely amazed by the all around service at this Bioplasma donation location. Every staff member was amazing! This was my first time donating but after my entire experience, I will definitely be coming back to this location. I felt appreciated, comfortable and safe at Bioplasma. Every staff member explained every detail of what to expect and showed deep concern for my health and insured that they would take great care of me! There was no wait there when I arrived but even when people started arriving for their scheduled appointments, the staff had everyone in rotation. I mean, the transition was so smooth. Plus, there was no issue when I asked to redeem my coupon that I received via email. They answered all of my questions. Not only that, I was given a snack, water and a gift bag for my first donation! This place went over and beyond in my eyes! I really loved my experience! Thank you Bioplasma!

Super great people . Admittedly I did get kinda short with a lady at the front desk cause my social card was damaged and they had issues reading it. If you’re reading this I am so sorry. It wasn’t your fault. I had stuff going on and I apologize so much. Easy screening process. Guy found my vein better than most phlebotomists at the hospital. (Bad veins from an extended hospital stay in my teen years)

My experience at BioLife Plasma has been fantastic. First, I love that they have an app where you can make your appointments. The donation procedure is quick and painless. It’s easy to get in, easy to get out. Any questions I’ve ever had, they’ve answered quickly and professionally. The employees are all courteous and attentive. My techs Ladaja and Z were very professional and always carried a smile. They were very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. I highly recommend BioLife Plasma In Morrow Georgia.
