First and foremost, you need to have a mask on before you enter the restaurant. Once seated we took our masks off (my kids can't wear them for long periods of time) We arrived around 6 on the day after Christmas and there was no wait. All employees were masked and I witnessed tables being cleaned and sanitized after groups left. The food was amazing. The monthly 5 margarita special was tasty. I don't recall what this month's margarita was. My server told me what it was but masks made it hard for me to hear her. My two boys enjoyed their kids meals and my cajun pasta was good (as always) Paying at the table (on the table kiosk) was fast and convenient. I had a gift card that I was easily able to use and then I paid the remaining balance on my card. We will definitely return soon.

I ordered food for lunch and it did not taste good. The chicken was very pail with no color. I did not eat my to-go meal. I only ate my side salad. Since last week I have called and asked for a gift card or some type of compensation and still have not received anything for my wasted meal. Chili's food have seem to go down in quality and taste. I hope they improve, soon.
We stopped in for lunch on our way back from a business trip in Jasper. The establishment was clean with the exception of the ladies room. The wife said it was disgusting, it looked as though none of the surfaces had been wiped down in days. Other than that no cleanliness issues. The condiments were individually proportioned and handed out as needed. The flatware was also individually packaged. Our server was polite, friendly and attentive. She made every effort to accommodate us on our visit. I requested some coffee and when she informed me there was none made. She had no issues making me a fresh pot! Our Queso was delivered cold and she was more than happy to have it warmed up. The rest of our food was on point and fresh. The location was confidently located to the interstate and facilitated a smooth stop.
A great spot for a late night meal. Enough TVS throughout the building to ensure you are able to watch your favorite team from anywhere in the restaurant. We ordered the Chicken Crisper, a side of grilled shrimp, barbecue ribs and an additional side of Chicken Crisper. The wait was roughly 60 minutes so be prepared to wait. The service was spot on and the wait for our food was not as long as we anticipated. All in all outside of the wait everything else was enjoyable.
My entire order was incorrect. None of the customizations printed on the receipt were followed. I paid extra for items that I did not receive. I continuously reached out to the location for almost an hour. Every time I sat on hold for almost 10 minutes ,Waiting for a representative from the location, until the system hung up on me. I finally made contact with the call center and explain to her the situation. The representative was kind enough to sit on hold with me while she attempted to reach out to the location for a manager. Her and I were on hold for almost 20 minutes with no success. I am to tired to drive back out to the location but I will try to reach out on tomorrow to see if we can find a resolution. I am really disappointed in the location. They have exhibited a level of incompetence that encourages me to not return to this location.
