Really enjoyed our time with the new doctor. He spent a lot of time explaining several facets of the visit to us. The lack of stars is the staff (Lynne & Ruth). Still rude, still act as if they know best as another reviewer stated and still make it hard to get my prescriptions if I choose to order any where but there I’m made to feel I’m making the worst choice ever. If I need adjustments to the frames I purchased from them, it’s as if I’ve interrupted their day and I never feel like I’m a valued customer who spends A LOT of on glasses from their office. I feel pressured to buy from them and feel like they are on a commission basis and try to sell me everything!!

Great experience! Doctor and staff were really friendly. They were great about helping me pick a pair of glasses and finding contacts that work well for me. I have struggled a lot in the past with contacts and now I love them.
It really seems like they do not care what their customers feel. Like they always know better. Like it is our privlage to be allowed to give them money. Just as example I am just here to pick up some glasses and they are just having me wait.
The office manager at the Morrow office was rude and condescending to myself and my son with disabilities. He was so upset at her behavior that he wanted to leave. He finally agreed to stay as long as he did not go there for his next exam. The office manager also gave me patient forms belonging to someone else to review. I have been a patient of this office off and on for many years when owned by Dr. Chatfield. The other staff was kind and respectful. The office manager should receive mandatory training in customer service and privacy. My return visit to pick up glasses will determine if I find another office.
The staff made me feel very comfortable they were all professional and knowledgeable. The dr. Was excellent very knowledgeable and explained everything in layman terms
Dr. Cole was very concerned about helping me find the right prescription and scheduled to call me to follow up. I appreciate that. The technician who helped me (blonde hair) was also very helpful while running tests and helping me with my order. It was my first visit at the Loveland office and they were all so very nice.
Waited over a month for a appointment. Took off of work and got my son out of school early. His school took almost 40 minutes to release him so I called to tell the office we would be a few minutes late. They didn't answer so I left a message. Receptionist called back and VERY rudley said we would just have to reschedule. We got there and was on time and she refused to see him. And was extremely RUDE
