This is the slowest office with some of the rudest people. The women today that was supposed to guiding people into the office was too busy on the phone and she stated \with her Mama\, then she needed to take time and talk to her friend that walked up, followed by needing to go take time and talk to the guys in the barber shop. Been waiting in line for over a hour and only 3 people have been seen. I advise you to go to any other tag office possible unless you have time to waste

I am lost for words the staff was horrible poor customer service. .... every one has an attitude I understand it’strying times but. It is Barry disrespectful to sit at your desk not doing nothing while people are outside cold. No one inside. ... customers just reading the door and bring respectful and they not taking any consideration it’s under 40 degrees... overall might be better off going to Kroger

I arrived at 3:45 pm and they had the doors closed already when they shouldn’t close until 4:30 pm

Usually go here to get my tag renewal every year, this year I went by 4-5 times and left because there were so many people lined up. I finally got in this last time. I spent around 20-25 minutes waiting to get to a window. I managed to get one of the three things that I needed taken care of. I did leave with paperwork to fill out to complete other things. I left somewhat confused and feeling like the woman at the window was just irritated. In total I was there nearly an hour and a half. I have back problems and had broken toes so this put me in excruciating pain. P.S. I got my paperwork and was going back to get my tag, etc. I decided to go to the main office near the courthouse. I got in, got my tag, everything done. In and out in 30 minutes, I was very happy. The lady at the window was very nice too.
