I've never received such poor customer service and I've been shopping at this store for years. On a Saturday, especially a holiday, more than 2 associates should've been scheduled to work. There was an extremely long wait time, because the supervisor was the only cashier, while the other associate blew up another customer's balloons. When the store is short-staffed, a balloon order should've waited. Several customers cane in the store, saw the huge line and decided not to wait. A loss in sales doesn't seem worth it. The supervisor's attitude was unsatisfactory, as well. Sue was almost rude to a customer that explained that it wad taking quite a long time for us to be helped. The stock of products was low, and I'd rather not be treated in a disrespectful manner. I'll happily spend my money elsewhere

I had been meaning to post a review over a year. This store hands down has the best customer service, more than one register open, clear aisle and stock shelves. The employees are always helpful and friendly. It is not a fluke they are consistent.
