Young Miss Lady in the front was MUCH LESS than cordial. But was very cordial to the male customers. I was there over an hours, as I patiently watched customers AFTER me come and go. I had nerve to ask about the progress. Oddly, as I was leaving I received half of decent communication. Customer service is VERY lacking!

I came here a few months ago to get new tires, and it was an excellent experience! The customer service was impeccable, and they were very communicative about the updates for my service. I came back today to get an issue with a tire o-stem/ring fixed, and they accommodated me despite having a full slate. The service was excellent again, and I am definitely looking forward to coming back again!

Worst service experience ever at a Firestone location. I'm an Enterprise Fleet customer, dropped off a service van at 11:30 am to get some new tires.I called at 4:45 pm to check on the van and was told it would be ready the next day !! I get there at 5:45 pm and the doors were locked the service bays were cleared out and the rude young lady just handed me the keys and told me they only had 2 techs working and they couldn't get to it !!! I will definitely let Enterprise know that they should take their business where it is welcomed.
