My first time going to For Eyes and I am very happii that I decided to go there. I felt welcomed and safe as far as 6 ft and mask requirements. Ms. Jackie the receptionist is awesome and had good spirits. Dr. Wyatt was great and very friendly. Shameca saw the condition of my current glasses (lol) and never once made me feel uncomfortable. She helped me through the glasses selection process. They had a good deal that I couldn't pass up. They all were very helpful and informative! I appreciate their services during these hard times . Thank you ladies!

I just went here y'day for my annual exam which went extremely well with Dr. Wyatt and her staff receptionist. However, it took an immediate and deep dive down hill when browsing for new eyeglasses. The gentleman was not service oriented at all and made it appear that I was a bother to him with my questions. I will likely continue my annual exams here but will not spend a second shopping for eyewear.

Just had my annual exam and Dr. Wyatt was awesome. She was very attentive and made me feel safe and comfortable. The woman at the desk that assist Dr. Wyatt was phenomenal! She defines the word professional. As I sat waiting there was couple there with a special needs child and she went out of her way to converse with the child which was so genuine and caring. I wish I knew her name but she didn't have a name tag on. I also purchased glasses, the attention was pretty basic on the store side but no complaints. I will definitely return for my future eye exams under Dr. Wyatt and staff.

Used to be a great place for glasses and contacts. It has spiraled down the drain as they have lost their customer service abilities. I've been given different prices on the same day; I've had the phone hung up on me. I've then had the pleasure of my calls being redirected to voicemail. At 1 o'clock. All I wanted was my prescription. Due to covid19 I was surprised they even answered but to then be misled and given the runaround is inexcusably bad customer service. You have a right to your eye prescription and to be treated this way over a period of a month has led me to this review. Please think twice before patronizing this place of business. They do not seem to care, and I'm certainly sure YOU should.

I do not think it is necessary to take the temperature on the forehead. I preferred to use the wrist, but they refused to use that option stating it was their policy for the forehead.
